RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Thank you for buying Australian made ceramics. My handcrafted ceramics are only made by me in my solar powered studio. I do not have a team of makers mass producing anything, it's just me. Due to the handmade process, no two pieces are identical and may have some slight imperfections. This is because they are not manufactured to produce identical and perfect forms. I oversee all aspects of my business, making sure what I do sell is of the highest quality.
I have taken a lot of care to safely wrap and ship your order. I have accurately provided photographs that best depict the product, descriptions with dimensions and care instructions. If you receive your order and it is damaged, please email me at coastalstudioceramics@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the goods. In your email please provide photographs of the damaged item, box and any other information necessary.
Unless items arrive damaged or defective, I do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Custom or personalized orders
- Underglaze tissue transfers
- Items on sale
Conditions of returns: If you wish to return an item to exchange it or for a credit note, you are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
SHIPPING INFO
All domestic and international orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Depending on the size of your order, it will be shipped via Australia Post or a courier. You will always receive a tracking number for your order via email. If you require extras such as signature upon delivery or insurance, please advise via email.
All tableware, cups and ceramic hand basins are carefully wrapped, padded and shipped in thick, durable boxes. Boxes are Australian made!
All underglaze tissue transfers are carefully rolled and shipped in a rectangular, thick box.
